I don't know what you all think about a shoutcast server, but I set one up a
couple years ago on my linux box and it streamed 128kbps fine over insight
or sbc/yahoo dsl -- i can't remember which one. It's free and you can lock
it down. Just thought I'd through that one out there. It's been a while, so
I don't know what it's like now.
