[BLUG] UT2004 server setup for BLUG

  I setup a dedicated Unreal Tournament 2004 server for BLUGers and am
logged in right now.  You can find instructions for setting up and
connecting at:

  You can also get to this page by going to the BLUG website and
clicking on the link near the top of the page under "Check it out".

  You can actually connect to it right now and play.  You'll have to
wait around for someone else to join because I haven't figured out how
to get computer bots to join the game.  

  I'm still trying to figure out some of the options in the config file,
so be patient if I have to restart the server.  If you prefer to wait,
then we should have something going on Saturday night from 9 til maybe
midnight or 1am.
